Permanent cosmetic make-up is a process where pigments are inserted into the dermal layer of the skin, permanently. Although techniques may vary, the results are always the same - permanent waterproof color, hassle-free and always fresh!
Your needs and expectations will be discussed during a no charge consultation where we will review your medical history and before and after care instructions.
At LaserCare we perform permanent make-up to upper and lower eyelids, eyebrows and lips (lip liner and/or full lipstick). These procedures take between 1 and 2 hours each. One touch up visit one month later is usually required.
Annette McDonough, RN, PHD has
been a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years. She received
her Masters Degree from the University of MA in Boston and
Doctorate degree from the University of MA in Worcester. She
has taught nursing for ten years specializing in the
perioperative and postoperative care and education of plastic
and reconstructive surgical patients to undergraduate nursing
students at various universities and most recently at the
University of MA, Lowell.
Annette received training in laser hair removal from Candela Laser Corporation and the Laser Training Institute. She has received extensive training in Make-Up application and is currently a member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation.
